Who can get a mortgage?
Our providers are able
to provide finance for existing business users, and
those looking to start their own business. If you have
previous credit problems including Bankruptcy, IVA,
CCJ's etc, this will not necessarily be a bar to
obtaining funding as there are lenders in the market who
will help. Audited business accounts or a previous
trading history are not always necessary as lending
decisions can be made against the value of the property
and your ability to repay the loan from expected
business income or property rental yield as appropriate.

How much can you borrow?
In
general terms we can arrange finance up to 85% of the
'bricks and mortar' value of the property. Advances can
be provided of up to £20,000,000.

What interest rate will you pay ?
The interest rate and
terms offered generally depend on the amount you wish to
borrow as a percentage of the purchase price, the term
of the loan and your previous credit history. Please ask
